Ashley S. Hunter

Prior to starting MPA in 2011, Ashley Hunter, a South Carolina native, spent six years working for the largest association management and lobbying firm in the state. Ashley was selected for The State Newspapers “Top 20 Under 40ʺ in 2012 and named one of the 2018 Women of Influence by the Columbia Regional Business Report. She is the former Chairman of the Board for the Healing Families Foundation, and a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for Richland County. As the former lobbyist for the Municipal Association of SC, and a certified Crisis Communications Manager, Ashley has a passion for seeing cities and organizations soar. In 2021, Ashley was named an SC Phenom by the Columbia Regional Business Journal. In 2023 she was also named as one of South Carolina's Top Women in Business. Ashley is also Certified by FBI-LEEDA in Media and Public Relations (MPR). She resides in the City of Cayce with her daughters, Lillie and Cate and their dog, Luna.
Best Known For: Being driven to succeed, her dry humor, being politically savvy, big picture strategizing, and her passion for seeing MPA clients and team members thrive.

Adrienne Patrick
Director of Development & Operations

For over eight years, Georgia native, Adrienne Patrick has served as MPA's Director of Development & Operations. She is a Certified Grants Writer and serves as the Association Executive to our Association clients. She has successfully secured funds for numerous projects including city infrastructure, nonprofits, police/fire department needs, parks and more. Adrienne has years of experience in event planning and fundraising for both non-profits and political candidates, including serving as Governor David Beasley's Finance Director for his United States Senate Campaign. She was a journalism graduate of the University of Georgia and lives in Greenville with her three children.
Best Known For: Being organized and planning ahead, occasionally being mistaken for her twin sister, making large-scale events flow effortlessly and her depth of knowledge in putting together grants and overall project funding.

Cayci S. Banks
Director of Communications

A South Carolina native, Cayci is the former Director of Communications for a statewide non‐profit. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Newberry College and is a graduate of the United Way of the Midlands Blueprint for Leadership program. She was named one by the Columbia Regional Business Report's Women of Influence.
She is also a Certified Grant Writer and puts together the monthly publication of the South Carolina Purchasing and Procurement Digest. With an eye on creativity and branding, she also provides Style & Branding Guides for MPA clients. Cayci lives in Chapin with her husband and four children.
Best Known For: Being a dynamic writer and creative graphic designer, helping nonprofits grow and prosper; and, whether it is a birthday party or pamphlet design, Cayci knows how to rock a theme!
